3.  Pli vallée en deux

jusq au au coin supérieur droit
(Pli triangle).
Ouvrir.
    Valley fold in half
diagonally
from the left lower corner
to the right upper corner
(Triangle fold).
Open.
 
 

 
4. Pli vallée du bas droit,
en diagonale,
du coin inférieur gauche
jusqu'au le pli central.
Ouvrir.
Valley fold the right bottom,
diagonally, from the left
bottom corner
to the center fold.
Open.
 
 
 

 
5. Pli vallée du bas
là où les plis se croisent,
de bas en haut.
Valley fold the bottom
at the crossing folds,

6. Retourner.

Unfold and cut.

and do a penguin.

from left to rignt.
