 1. Vous avez besoin d’un triangle
équilatéral.

 2. Pli vallée en deux, de droite à gauche.
Ouvrir.

 3. Pli vallée du coin supérieur,
sur le coin inférieur droit.
Ouvrir.
Valley fold the upper corner
to the right lower corner.
Open.
 
 
 
 

 4. Pli vallée du coin supérieur,
sur le coin inférieur gauche.
Ouvrir.
Valley fold the upper corner
to the left lower corner.
Open.
 
 
 
 

 5. Pli vallée de tous les coins
sur le centre.
Ouvrir.
Valley fold all the corners
to the center.
Open.
 
 
 
 

 6. Retourner.
Turn over.
 
 
 
 

7. Pli vallée du coin supérieur
sur la partie inférieure.
Pli vallée  de ce coin
de bas en haut.

to the lower part.
Valley fold this corner
from bottom to top.

 8. Pli vallée du coin droit
sur le coin supérieur.
Pli vallée de ce coin de gauche
à droite.

to the upper corner.

from left to right.

 9. Pli vallée  du coin gauche
sur les deux autres triangles.
Pli vallée ce coin de droite à gauche.

to the both folded corners.

from right to left.

 10. Introduire le côté supérieur
du triangle droit, sous
le triangle supérieur.
Introduce the upper edge
of the right triangle below
the upper triangle.
 
 
 

 11. Introduire le côté inférieur
du triangle gauche, sous
le triangle droit.
Introduce the lower edge
of the left triangle below
the right triangle.
 
 
 

 12. Retourner.
