1. Commencer avec un
rectangle A4
en position verticale
côté blanc en-haut.
 Begin with a rectangle A4
in a vertical position

2. Pli vallée en deux
de droite à gauche.
Déplier.
Valley fold in half from
right to left.

3. Pli vallée des côtés
gauche et droit
sur le pli central.
 Valley fold the left and the
 right parts
to the center fold.
 
 

 4. Retourner.
Turn over.
 
 
 
 
 

 
5. Pli vallée en deux
de haut en-bas.
Valley fold in half
    from top to bottom.
 
 
 

  
6. Pli vallée des coins gauche
et droit supérieurs
sur le pli central.
Déplier.
 Valley fold the left and the
right corners
to the center fold.
Unfold.
 
 
 

 
7. Pli vallée de la couche supérieure
vers le haut.
Le pli doit passer
là où finit le pli que
vous avez fait au pas 6.
Répéter derrière.
Valley fold the upper layer
up.
The fold need to pass
where the fold you did in step 6
ended.

8. Tirer la couche cachée
derrière la couche
de devant
à gauche et à droite.
Répéter derrière.
On utilise les plis du pas 6

9. Pli vallée des parties
gauche et droite
sur le pli central.

supérieure jusqu'aux triangles
pliés.
et faites le de nouveau
mais cette fois
sur les triangles
pliés.

11. Tirer les parties supérieures
que vous venez de plier
et presser avec vos pouces
sur le centre.
Pull out the upper parts
you just folded
and press with your thumbs
on the center.
